Returns and Refunds

If the chosen size does not fit, you can request a return within 7 days of order delivery. As these are handmade shoes, the fit may vary slightly: we therefore always recommend consulting our size guide before purchasing.

The product must be returned intact, unused, and complete with its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the return is received and the product's integrity verified, we will proceed with the refund as quickly as possible. To initiate the request, simply contact our customer service team, providing your order number: our team will be available to provide support at every stage.
